All communications via the portal must remain professional, respectful, and focused on educational purposes. Misuse of the messaging system will not be tolerated.

3. Academic Integrity

Students must complete all academic work honestly without plagiarism or cheating. Tutors must ensure integrity in grading and feedback.

4. Confidentiality

Tutors and staff must maintain the confidentiality of student and parent information. Unauthorized sharing of user data is strictly prohibited.

5. Platform Use

The portal must be used solely for tutoring-related activities. External use or sharing of platform resources without permission is prohibited.

6. Account Termination

Park Tutoring reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or compromise the safety and integrity of the learning environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain a secure and efficient platform, Park Tutoring is not liable for data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
